New Delhi: stock market closing bell today- A good rise was recorded in the stock market in Monday’s trading. BSE Sensex closed with a rise of more than 595 points while Nifty 50 registered a rise of 181 points and managed to close at the level of 19411. If we talk about the rising stocks in the stock market, these include shares of companies like Om Infra, Uni Parts Limited, Devyani International, Stove Craft. Shares of 6 out of nine listed companies of Gautam Adani Group registered a rise on Monday while three shares closed with slight weakness.
Gautam Adani Group’s Adani Wilmar shares declined by 1.78 percent and reached the level of Rs 311.75, a loss of Rs 5.65. Gautam Adani is going to sell 43.97 percent stake in his FMCG company Adani Wilmar. According to a report in this regard, Gautam Adani is in talks with many big companies to sell his stake in Adani Wilmar. Shares of NDTV were trading at Rs 194, weaker by more than ₹ 2.
The shares of Adani Total Gas weakened by about ₹ 3 and were functioning at the level of ₹ 550. In Monday’s trade, shares of Patanjali Foods rose by about four percent, Garden Reach Ship Builder by three percent, Devyani International by 2.5 percent, Bajaj Finance by two percent, Axis Bank by two percent, ICICI Bank, Infosys and IRCTC by one percent and Reliance. A rise of 0.85 percent was recorded in Industries and SBI Card.
During the period of great bullishness in the stock market, on Monday, Nifty Midcap 100, BSE Small Cap closed with a rise of one percent while Nifty IT and Nifty Bank also closed with a rise of 0.75% and 0.68%.
The top gainers in the stock market included shares of Divi’s Lab, Eicher Motors, Hero MotoCorp and Larsen & Toubro, while the losers included shares of SBI, Hindustan Unilever, Titan and Cipla. On Monday, a weakness of Rs 198 was being recorded in the price of gold and it was functioning at the level of Rs 60742.
