- All institutional land owners.
- A person formerly or presently holding constitutional office.
- Former or present Minister in Central and State Government.
- A person receiving a monthly pension of Rs 10,000 or more.
- Persons who deposit income tax.
- Even its doctors, engineers, lawyers, CAs etc. do not get its benefits.
Eligible for PM Kisan Scheme
